Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or delivered.

If something goes wrong: If your download fails, the file is corrupted, or you don't receive your download link, contact us at slimane2hamou@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly — either by resending the file or issuing a replacement.

What we don't cover: We are not responsible for compatibility issues between the audio files and your playback software or hardware. Please ensure your device supports 24-bit FLAC files before purchasing.
